Last weekend my buddy Jesse and I were turkey hunting in Western Montana near Missoula.  We called in a couple of good birds and he finally picked out a Tom that he liked.  He made great shot and when he ran up to pick up the bird and before it flapped off all its feathers, he got a spur right in is palm.  Below are the picture that show how bad the bird got him.

Hi my name is Robby Farnes.  I have grown up in and currently live in western Montana and love anything that has to do with the outdoors.  I am passionate about the outdoors, but specifically hunt,  any hunting whether it be bow hunting for elk  in September or bird hunting in January. Me and my friends want to welcome everyone to Hunt and Tell and thank you for visiting.
